Ranch data rights requests

Ranch is a no-public-signup workspace. Most data belongs to the ranch customer or design partner, so requests may need to be confirmed with the ranch owner or admin before records are changed, exported, or deleted.

Access requests

Ask what account or ranch workspace data Ranch stores about you or your ranch access.

Correction requests

Ask Ranch support to correct inaccurate account, team, ranch, animal, inventory, task, or onboarding data.

Deletion requests

Ask for account or workspace data to be deleted when it is no longer needed, subject to security, backup, audit, support, legal, and customer ownership limits.

Export requests

Ask for a practical export of ranch records or account data where Ranch can reasonably provide it during MVP.

Restriction or objection requests

Ask Ranch to limit or review certain processing where applicable, especially for optional AI capture workflows.

How to request help

Email support@hatchie.studio from the email address tied to your Ranch account when possible. Include your ranch name, the request type, and enough detail to identify the records involved.

Ranch Inbox and AI capture

If voice notes, transcripts, whiteboard photos, receipts, parsed text, or proposed actions are enabled for your ranch, data requests may include both the original source content and the generated review records. Approved actions may also exist as normal ranch records in inventory, animals, tasks, land/feed, or activity history.

Timing and limits

Ranch will handle requests as promptly as practical for an MVP product. Some requests may be limited by security needs, backup windows, audit records, customer ownership, active disputes, or legal obligations.
