Ranch demo support

Ranch is currently a high-touch customer workspace. Use this page to prepare a demo, onboard a ranch, or get help with access.

Getting access

Ranch accounts are created by a ranch owner, admin, or the onboarding team. Public signup is disabled so customer workspaces stay controlled.

Preparing onboarding data

The best first packet is a ranch profile, team list, animal roster, field/feed notes, current inventory, and recurring work that should show up on Today.

For demo help, access issues, or corrections to sample ranch data, contact the person who gave you the demo link or email support@hatchie.studio.
